Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, organized, and able to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide effective classroom management to maintain a structured, positive learning environment
- Ensure the safety, supervision, and overall well-being of all children at all times
- Implement and follow the center’s curriculum daily
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and schedules
- Support children with potty training and other developmental milestones
- Supervise children during all activities, including indoor, outdoor, and transitions
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
