We are seeking a caring, reliable, and structured Teacher to lead our Twos classroom. This role focuses on supporting young children through language development, routines, and emotional growth in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, circle time, and centers.
- Maintain a structured daily routine.
- Supervise children at all times (indoors & outdoors).
- Support toileting, meals, and nap routines.
- Use positive guidance and manage classroom behavior.
- Communicate with families through Brightwheel.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Requirements:
- Experience with toddlers preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Strong willingness to learn and follow guidance.
- Consistent, patient, and reliable.
- Comfortable managing routines and transitions.
This is an active role that requires energy, consistency, and the ability to work with young children in a structured environment.
