Welcome to Discovery Kids Riverton!

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, organized, and able to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Provide effective classroom management to maintain a structured, positive learning environment
Ensure the safety, supervision, and overall well-being of all children at all times
Implement and follow the center’s curriculum daily
Maintain consistent classroom routines and schedules
Support children with potty training and other developmental milestones
Supervise children during all activities, including indoor, outdoor, and transitions
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities
Communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
